Title Search

Although we cover every county in the country for document retrieval services, we are currently performing title search services in these states:

Our staff consists of four senior examiners with over 10 years of experince each, five examiners with over seven years apiece, and several who have been searching betweeen three and five years. Feel free to use us as a resource for industry knowledge and trends.

In addition to our staff title examiners, we have a network of trained, seasoned title examiners who together cover our entire title region. In most counties, we have two or more backup examiners.

Through this team, we process tens of thousands of property reports each year. These reports are used by real estate and real property attorneys, title companies, and mortgage lenders to provide title insurance on new purchases, refinances, home equity loans, lines of credit, and construction loans — to name a few. All searches are insured with errors and omissions insurance.

We will walk in and record any document. Our recording division will first inspect the document to be recorded to ensure it will pass county regulations. If there is a problem and we can’t fix it we will call you immediately for instruction. By this process we can eliminate most rejects which will save time & money. Timestamp copies, court certified copies or the original documents could be delivered to you at impressive speed.
